San Severo town, situated in the north of Tavoliere, to the west of the Gargano promontory and north of Foggia, is surrounded from lands with grapes that cover large area called Capitanata of Apulia.
In this renowned Land of Wine,“Terra di Vino”, the rhythm of life is still determined by seasons, sowings, harvests and by every event characterizing fields work.
Attilio Ariano loves and respects this land, how his family did in the past, devoted to agriculture. Here his dream is becoming true. The Ariano’s Cellar is founded on simple principles: passion for the Wine and complete respect for the Environment.
The historical farm was inherited by his own family. It is checked and certified by special organic check body since 1997.
In 2005 it has been made a modern production structure.
Every activity of the farm is characterized from the quality of production and services and from the respect for the Nature.
The Cellar has started to attend ISO 9000, 14000 and EMAS quality certifications
Putting family tradition and high-technology together, Ariano wine Cellar wants to preserve and to hand down the story of this “Terra di Vino” looking at the future.
